A pool inspection is a good fit when you want a practical, professional look at the pool before making a decision. It's not a repair visit, a cleaning visit, or a structural evaluation. It gives you facts about the pool and equipment so you can choose the next step with confidence.
A pool can be one of the biggest unknowns in a purchase. We help you see the condition before you're committed. Whether it looks great or has real concerns, you'll know before you have to decide. The report is yours to share with your agent. If you're in your option period, book early in the week so your report lands before your deadline.
Getting ahead of pool questions makes a sale smoother. An inspection report shows buyers the condition up front and helps you handle repair requests with facts.
New pool owners often inherit equipment and habits they don't fully understand. An inspection gives you a solid baseline, especially in Central Texas where the heat, hard water, and long swim seasons can age equipment faster than homeowners expect.
Maybe the pressure changed, the water looks cloudy, or the equipment sounds different. An inspection gives you a plain-language read on what's happening before you commit to a repair visit. It's a good starting point when you're not sure what you're dealing with.
If something is clearly broken and you already know the pool needs troubleshooting, start with pool equipment diagnostics instead. See all pool services or review pricing.
You don't just get someone walking your pool. You get a written record of its condition that's easy to read, easy to share, and built to help you make a decision. If the pool looks good, we'll say so. If something needs attention, we'll tell you what it is, what it means, and what a repair could involve. You'll have something concrete to take to your agent or use when getting a quote.
We send a clear, written inspection report covering the pool body, water, and equipment, delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of the visit.
Every item we check gets a plain-language condition rating and photos, so you can see what we saw and why it matters.
We note the make, model, and approximate age of visible equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems.
The report comes with a shareable link you can forward to an agent, seller, or family member, plus a downloadable PDF for your records. See a sample report.

A True Flow pool inspection is $329 and takes about 2 hours on site. We check the pool, equipment, water, plumbing connections, and common warning signs. Then we send a written report that explains what looks good, what needs attention, and what may need a separate repair quote or follow-up visit.
The inspection fee covers the inspection visit and report. Repairs, replacement parts, cleaning, chemical treatment, underground leak detection, and follow-up work are not included unless quoted separately.
Your inspection is done by a licensed and insured True Flow technician with over five years of hands-on pool equipment experience. We look at the pool as a system: water, surfaces, equipment pad, plumbing connections, and the signals that flag when something needs a closer look.
We check the pool condition, including tile, coping, waterline, skimmers, returns, drains, wear, staining, cracking, and visible safety concerns around the pool.
We review clarity, algae, staining, and debris for signs of maintenance, filtration, or chemistry issues.
We look for signs that the pump and circulation system may not be moving water the way it should, including pressure, air, noise, and flow concerns.
We review filter condition, pressure clues, and signs the filter may need cleaning, repair, or replacement.
When present, we review heaters, salt systems, timers, automation, controls, and attached spa equipment that's part of the pool system.
We look at plumbing connections, valves, equipment pad leaks, drips, and setup issues affecting flow, pressure, or performance.
The inspection is only as useful as the person doing it. True Flow's technicians are licensed, insured, and have over five years of hands-on pool experience. Here's what neighbors say.
"We hired True Flow to inspect the pool on a house we were under contract on. They checked everything, equipment, water chemistry, plumbing, and put together a clear report. We took it straight to the seller and got the asking price reduced. If you're buying a home with a pool, don't skip this step."
"True Flow spent close to two hours going through our pool before we closed. The report was detailed enough that we brought it to the seller and they agreed to make all the repairs as part of the sale. That inspection paid for itself. Highly recommend to any buyer in Round Rock."
"Very dependable and hard-working team. You can tell they care about doing the job right!"
"Responsive, on-time, and very communicative. Glad we made the switch to True Flow."
We want the inspection to be clear before we arrive. A True Flow pool inspection is a practical visible equipment review. It's not a structural engineering report, city code inspection, underground leak detection visit, or warranty certification.
If we find something that needs repair, we explain it in the report and point you toward the right next step: a repair quote, a diagnostic visit, or a maintenance plan.
That's normal. Pools can be confusing because water issues, equipment issues, and maintenance issues often overlap. Here's the simple version.

Central Texas pools take real wear from the heat of a long summer, occasional hard freezes, spring storms, and heavy pollen seasons. Round Rock's limestone-rich water is also hard on pool equipment over time. Minerals build up on salt cells, filters, and heaters faster than in softer-water markets. An inspection gives you a clear baseline after any of those events, or before a big decision like buying or selling.
Pool inspections are available across our full service area: Round Rock, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Lago Vista, Jonestown, Leander, Cedar Park, Brushy Creek, Pflugerville, Hutto, and Taylor. We also serve Steiner Ranch, River Place, and Great Hills. From Berry Creek in Georgetown to Steiner Ranch and everywhere in between, True Flow Pool Solutions is your local pool inspection company.
If your inspection points to a specific next step, True Flow can help you move from "What's going on?" to a practical plan.
