These Terms of Service govern your use of the True Flow Pool Solutions website (trueflowpools.com) and any pool services you schedule with us. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

About us

True Flow Pool Solutions is a pool service company based in Round Rock, Texas. We provide pool repair, equipment diagnostics, cleaning, inspections, and related services to homeowners in the Round Rock area and surrounding communities.

Website use

The content on this website is for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this site without our written permission. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.

Scheduling and appointments

Appointments are managed through Acuity Scheduling. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your service address and pool condition. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel appointments if the scope of work changes significantly from what was described at booking.

Pricing and payment

  • Published prices are for the listed service items only. Parts, equipment, and specialty materials are quoted separately when needed and only with your approval.
  • For Repair Diagnosis appointments, a deposit of $74.50 is collected at booking. The remaining balance is charged after the visit.
  • If you approve a repair, the deposit is credited toward the total repair cost.
  • Payment is accepted by card, Apple Pay, or ACH where available.
  • Sales tax may apply to parts and certain services in Texas.

Service limitations

Our services are limited to the scope described on each service page and confirmed at booking. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by deferred maintenance, or issues outside the agreed service scope. Repairs require your approval before work begins.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by text or phone at (737) 259-7379. Cancellation policies for deposits may vary by service type and will be communicated at booking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, True Flow Pool Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
