Most people arrive here with a pool that has started asking for attention. Here's what we get called out for most often around here.
There's a straightforward reason the same handful keeps coming up. Cedar Park is the most built-out city we serve, and that shapes almost every call we get. Equipment tends to give up one piece at a time rather than all at once, so what you need is rarely everything. Cedar Park sits mostly in Williamson County with its southern edge reaching into Travis County, and we work both sides.

Text Us What's HappeningBrushy Creek Lake Park is ninety acres on the south side of town, with the trail running out of it along the creek all the way toward Round Rock. It's the piece of Cedar Park that connects to where we're based, and it's the middle of our route through this side of the city.
We mention the creek because it's also the thing that ties Cedar Park's pools together practically. The neighborhoods along it share the same water, and that's what ties the calls together.
From there we're a few minutes from Twin Lakes Park off Bell Boulevard, the H-E-B Center, and the Buttercup Creek and Forest Oaks streets. Head the other way on Brushy Creek Road and you're into Avery Ranch and the county line.
Coming in, SH-45 hands off to Brushy Creek Road and Parmer, which covers the south end and Avery Ranch. For the middle of the city we run Whitestone Boulevard and Cypress Creek Road, and for the west side it's Bagdad Road and Lime Creek Road out toward the Leander line.
Traffic worth knowing about: 183A moves well because it's tolled, but Whitestone and Bell Boulevard both back up around the H-E-B Center on event nights and through the Lakeline Mall stretch on weekends. We schedule the Bell Boulevard side of town for mid-morning where we can.
We're based near the intersection at Red Bud Lane and Forest Creek Dr in Round Rock. SH-45 takes us across to Cedar Park in about twenty minutes without touching I-35, which is the whole reason that's our default route rather than going through town.
What's actually sitting on your equipment pad is the whole question, and no two pads out here are quite the same. We map what's actually there before recommending anything, because on this kind of pad the wrong assumption is expensive. Most jobs start with a $149 Repair Diagnostic.
You pay $74.50 when you schedule to cover that visit. If you approve the repair, that $74.50 comes right off your bill, so the diagnostic costs you nothing. We'll also tell you plainly when you're better off replacing than repairing.

Cedar Park's water is Lake Travis, treated at the city's Don Webster plant and the regional Brushy Creek plant it part owns. The city's own water quality report puts hardness at 183 parts per million, about 10.7 grains per gallon.
That's softer than Round Rock at 249 ppm, about 14.5 grains per gallon but still firmly hard, and it's the difference between equipment that lasts and equipment that doesn't. It wears on a heater so it works harder for less, coats a salt cell until it stops producing, and leaves a line on the tile that brushing won't remove.
The ground is Doss silty clay, shallow over limestone, which is why every yard here has rock in it. The upside: it doesn't move. Pads in Cedar Park stay level, unlike the deep black clay out east in Hutto and Taylor.
Live oak and cedar mean the heaviest debris season here's a cold one, which catches people out.
Late winter. Live oaks drop leaves and catkins in February and March, with cedar pollen running from mid December right through it. Pools left alone through it are the ones that go green in April.
Spring. Warm water arrives and a filter loaded up through cedar season can't keep up. This is when a marginal motor tends to show itself.

We could cover all of Central Texas. We cover a smaller area so we can know it properly, and Cedar Park is the clearest example of why. Working the same streets every week, we watch the same generation of pumps, heaters and salt cells fail on the same 183 ppm, about 10.7 grains per gallon water, over and over.
So when we say a part has two seasons left rather than ten, that's from having seen it. It's also why we'll tell you when something isn't worth fixing.
