A pool in Cat Hollow needs a different touch than one on the city side of Round Rock. We're on O'Connor Drive every week, and we keep it simple for you.
Cat Hollow is the leafy, parks-on-every-side part of Round Rock, built in the late nineties along O'Connor Drive with Cat Hollow Park in the middle.
It's a lovely place to own a pool, and three things about it shape how we do weekly pool cleaning here. Your water comes from Brushy Creek MUD rather than the city and runs a little softer, so our saltwater pool maintenance and chemical balancing are tuned to it. The ground is shallow over limestone, so runoff after a storm is expected, and water testing and chemical balancing are part of every visit.
And plenty of pads still run the equipment they came with, so a pool equipment visual inspection is part of every visit too.
Brushy Creek MUD water is gentler on a salt cell and a pool heater than the city side, and we dose for it every week. When the plates do need a clean, you'll know from us first, not from cloudy water.

Testing at roughly 183 parts per million (10.7 grains per gallon) against 249 ppm (14.5 grains) on the city side, Cat Hollow has softer water that's gentler on pool equipment like heaters and salt cells. Our licensed technicians know how to fine tune the dosage to get the most out of the chemicals in the pool. We do chemical balancing and water testing on every visit.

Clay soil swells and shrinks with the weather and that can affect things like plumbing connections, unions, and fittings at the equipment pad. Our weekly pool equipment visual inspection pays close attention so we can catch anything off as early as possible.
The Liberty Walk Greenbelt is just a third of a mile away from Brushy Creek Community Park driving down O'Connor Drive. A pool repair call here means dealing with some of the leafiest backyards on our route, and the skimmer baskets show it.

Coming from our shop at Forest Creek Drive and Red Bud Lane, it's about twenty minutes depending on the hour. We come across West Old Settlers Boulevard, down Sam Bass Road, and pick up O'Connor Drive, which runs through the neighborhood half a mile from the park. RM 620 and SH 45 are the wider approaches, and Avery Ranch Boulevard connects from the south.
Highland Horizon like the rest of Cat Hollow is in Williamson County. It's an established neighborhood, so equipment pads and pool symptoms are as diverse as the neighbors who live here.
